Rick Foley
Director
Richard is a Tennis Australia (TA) Master Club professional and the founder of VTA. He has a wealth of experience including as a
board member for Tennis Coaches Australia (TCA) and sitting on the board of the National Coaches Advisory. Rick has a Physical Education Degree and has been in the tennis industry for 40 years.

Tina Keown
Director
Tina is the Director of The Victorian Tennis Academy. She has worked in the tennis industry for over 25 years, working with the Victorian Tennis Academy for 22 of those years.
Tina is a TA Club Professional Coach, LTA Performance Coach and holds a National Diploma in Sport with Business Management. Bringing international experience as a player and coach, she enjoys coaching players of all ages and abilities and drives development through her extensive knowledge of the game. Her lessons are high energy fun based and she is a role model to many. Finalist for Tennis Victoria’s Coaches Excellence Tina is a Tennis Australia Industry leader and Women and Girls ambassador.
Jack Glennane
Director
Jack is a Tennis Australia Club Professional Coach (Cert IV) and TA FITBIT Cardio Ambassador, helping with training and
promotion of Cardio Tennis in Victoria. Jack has been with VTA for 10 years and is the Operations Manager overseeing the delivery of tennis at Fawkner Park and Powlett reserve. Jack maintains an active on-court presence, coaching a vast range of players and programs.

Alex O’Rourke
Venue Manager
Alex has been involved with VTA on and off over the last 15 years, she is an accomplished junior player, having played pennant at state level, trained with the
Victorian institute of Sport, was an Australian Junior clay court doubles champion and attended the prestigious Evonne Goolagong Cawley Tennis Academy in Queensland. With a wealth of tennis experience and knowledge we are excited to have Alex back on the team.

Roberto Rizzo

Roberto is a qualified TA Club Professional with more than 12 years of national and international coaching experience.
Born in Italy, Roberto started his journey as a full time tennis coach, whilst completing a Master’s Degree in Food Technology. Roberto brings his vibrant personality and enthusiasm to the court, thriving on the energy from the people he coaches. His passion for the game, along with his innovative teaching methods, make his sessions fun and engaging.

Laurence Blackman

Fawkner Park
Laurence is ‘Head of Coaching’ at Fawkner Park and is responsible for all on court areas of the coaching program and VTA team.
He is a Tennis Australia Club Professional Coach with 15 years of national and international experience. He has lived and coached in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, and 8 years in Asia. Laurence’s experience and understanding of national and international coaching methodologies hold his developmental teaching methods at the highest level. He has a strong passion for continuously upskilling and learning new and innovative coaching techniques.

Tina is the Managing Director of The Victorian Tennis Academy and has worked in the tennis industry for 22 years, working with VTA
for 18 of those. She brings international experience as a player and coach. Tina is a TA Club Professional Coach, LTA Performance Coach and holds a National Diploma in Sport with Business Management. Based at VTA Oakleigh Tina is head of coaching and program delivery.

Brontë Goodwin
Fawkner Park Venue Manager
Brontë is the Manager of Fawkner Park Tennis Centre and VTA Stonnington. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography
with Accounting & Business and brings a wealth of knowledge in the tennis business. Brontë has been with VTA for 4 years and as the Director of Girls Tennis, has worked to develop, build and drive female participation and tennis programs. She holds a TA Junior Development coaching qualification.
